- fixes a problem that causes wildcard searches to return fewer matches than expected

Installation instructions:

as DB2 instance owner (for all instances)
- stop NSE
- stop DB2

as root:
- run slibclean
- replace /usr/opt/db2_08_01/lib/libcteitl20.a with the library found here.

as instance owner(s):
- restart DB2
- restart NSE
