PTF IP22955 fixes APAR IC52277

NET SEARCH EXTENDER SEARCH WITH KATAKANA QUERY FAILS

PTF IP22955 requires that the following minimum level of
the AIX C++ runtime is installed (check with: lslpp -l | grep aix50.rte):

  xlC.aix50.rte             8.0.0.10 
  
PTF IP22955 brings NSE to the following level (as displayed with the 
db2text level     command):

Installation on AIX v5:
=======================
1. Stop NSE and DB2
2. As root: untar package db2nse828_aix5_L72.tar
3. Change to directory aix5
4. use Smitty to install db2nse82_aix5.pkg   
   (use overwrite install, or uninstall NSE first, if you are already using NSE V8 FP 15)
5. run slibclean
6. update all DB2 instances.
7. restart DB2 and NSE.
