PTF IP00012 fixes APAR IC59275

NET SEARCH EXTENDER ERROR WITH DBCS THESAURUS EXPANSION

This fix handles the following situation:
On AIX 32 bit instances, search queries abort with CTE0103 error 
when a DBCS thesaurus is used and the thesaurus expansion of the 
search query is very large.


Installation on AIX v5:
=======================
1. Stop NSE and DB2 for all instances that use NSE.
2. Change to directory: /usr/opt/db2_08_01/lib
3. Backup and replace these two libraries with the two libraries 
   provided in this PTF
   - libctecp.a
   - libcteue.a
4. Change to directory: /usr/opt/db2_08_01/function
5. repeat step 3.
6. Start DB2 and NSE
