To specify which tables to include in the Available tables list:
Click Filter tables. The Filter Tables window opens.
In the Filter Tables window, use one or both of the following filter methods:
Filter the table name. In the Enter a table name filter field, type the characters that you want to use as filtering characters. Filtering characters are case-sensitive. Filtering characters limit the Available tables list to only table names that begin with those characters. For example, if you enter EMP, only table names that begin with EMP are listed, such as the EMPLOYEE table.
The % character is a wildcard character. Use it to position the filter. For example, typing %ID requests the display of all table names that end with the characters ID. Typing N%ID requests the display of all tables names that begin with N and end with ID.
Filter by table types. In the Table types field, specify which types of tables should be displayed on the Tables page by clicking the check boxes. You can select multiple table types.
Click OK.
