Troubleshooting Guide
If you still have problems with Data Warehouse
Center:
- See the DB2 Product and Service Technical Library on the Web, at
http://www-4.ibm.com/software/data/db2/library/.

- See Appendix C, Using the DB2 Library for information about the location of release notes for this
product.
- Contact the vendor of your application or compiler if you suspect a defect
or limitation.
- Contact DB2 Customer Support with the following information:
- A description of the events leading up to the problem.
- A full description of the problem, including any SQL messages and
associated reason codes.
- The db2diag.log, and any trap or dump files, for clients, servers,
and DB2 Connect Enterprise Edition gateways. For more information, see First Failure Data Capture.
- The applicable Data Warehouse Center component trace files and start error
trace files. For more information, see the Data Warehouse Center Administration Guide.
- Output from db2level.
