Revoking the USE privilege on table spaces

Use the Table Space page of the Change Group notebook to revoke the USE privilege on table spaces.

To revoke the USE privilege on table spaces:

1. Open the Change Group notebook.
2. Open the Table Space page.
3. From the list of table spaces in the Table Space list box, select the table space for which you want to revoke the USE privilege.
4. Use either of these methods:
   • Click the Revoke All push button. As a sign that the revocation is pending, an X framed by corner brackets appears in the USE column to the right of each selected table space. In the USE column, Xs framed by corner brackets replace the check marks and the USE box specifies No. The Xs framed by corner brackets indicate that the revocation of the USE privilege is pending.
   • In the USE drop down list select No. In the USE column, Xs framed by corner brackets replace the check marks and the USE box specifies No. The Xs framed by corner brackets indicate that the revocation of the USE privilege is pending.
5. Click the Apply push button to accept the changes. The corner brackets disappear leaving the Xs unframed indicating the USE privilege has been revoked.
6. Click OK.
