Use the Fonts page of the Tools Settings notebook to change the font in
which text and menus appear in the DB2 Universal Database user
interface.
Fields and controls
To change the fonts for menu items and text:
- Open the Fonts page of the Tools Settings
notebook.
- From the Menu Font drop-down, select the
font in which you want the menus in the DB2 Universal Database user interface
to appear.
- From the Menu Font Size drop-down, select
the font size in which you want the menus in the DB2 Universal Database user
interface to appear.
- From the Menu Font Color drop-down,
select the font color in which you want the menus in the DB2 Universal
Database user interface to appear.
- From the Text Font drop-down, select the
font in which you want the text in the DB2 Universal Database user interface
to appear.
- From the Text Font Size drop-down, select
the font size in which you want the text in the DB2 Universal Database user
interface to appear.
- From the Text Font Color drop-down,
select the font color in which you want the text in the DB2 Universal Database
user interface to appear.

- Some changes will not take effect until the Control Center is
restarted.
- If you have chosen a font color that will not show up on the background
color on your system, DB2 will temporarily override the font color that you
have chosen and select a font color that will show up. This system
override will not be saved as part of your user profile.
