Adding groups to the Group box

Use the Add Group window to add groups to the Group box on the Group page of the Table Privileges notebook. You can add only groups that hold no privileges on the selected table.

Fields and controls



To add groups to the Group box:

  1. From the Group page of the Table Privileges notebook, click on Add Group. The Add Group window opens.
  2. Use the box on the Add Group window to specify the authorization name of a group to which you want to grant privileges on the selected table.
  3. Click on Apply. The authorization name displays in the Group column on the Group page.
  4. Optional: Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add additional groups.
  5. Click on Cancel in the Add Group window. The window closes.
