Adding users to the User box

Use the Add User window to add users to the User box on the User page of the Table Privileges notebook. You can add only users that hold no privileges on the selected table.

Fields and controls



To add users that hold no privileges on the selected table:

  1. From the User page of the Table Privileges notebook, click on Add User. The Add User window opens.
  2. Use the box on the Add User window to specify the authorization name of a user to whom you want to grant privileges on the selected table.
  3. Click on Apply. The authorization name displays in the User column on the User page.
  4. Optional: Repeat steps 2 and 3 to add additional users.
  5. Click on Cancel on the Add User window. The window closes.
