Altering user mappings

Use the Alter User Mappings window to change the user mappings for one or more DB2 user IDs to a different user ID at the data source. You can alter are User ID, Password, or DRDA accounting string fields.

To alter one or more user mapping:

  1. Open the Alter User Mappings window. The Selected user IDs field is populated with the user mappings that you selected from the contents pane of the Control Center.
  2. Alter the User ID, Password or DRDA accounting string fields:
  3. Optional for OS/390: In the DRDA accounting string field, type the name of the DRDA accounting string.
  4. Click OK to alter existing user mappings at the data source.
