Use the Promote Replication Subscription window to create a new
subscription set from an existing set. You can specify new attributes
for the new set, including the name, replication source server, apply
qualifier, and replication control server.
Fields and controls
To promote a replication subscription:
- Open the Promote Replication Subscription
window.
- In the Name field, specify the new name
for the replication subscription set.
- In the Source server field, specify the
source server that you want.
- In the Apply qualifier field, specify
the apply qualifier that you want.
- In the Target server field, specify the
target server that you want.
- In the Control server field, specify the
replication control server that you want.
- Click OK.
