Configuring a database partition

For partitioned database environments only. Each database partition has its own configuration file, and the values for the configuration parameters may be different for different database partitions.

To configure a database partition:

  1. Open the Database Partitions view.
  2. Select the database partition that you want.
  3. Select Database Partitions->Configure.

    The Configure Database Partition notebook opens, which you use to specify values for the database configuration parameters.
