Viewing server options

Use the Show Server Attributes window to view the server options added to a server. Server options are used to:

• Convey information about a remote data source.
• Expand the operations that can be performed with respect to that data source.

Fields and controls

To view server options for a server:

1. Open the Show Server Attributes window.

2. View the server options specified for the server.

   The server options and server name are displayed in the Option and Setting columns. The server options listed in the Show Server Attributes window are options defined to the server. If you want to view and add available options that have not been defined to the server, use the Add Server Options window or the Options window.

3. Click Close to close the Show Server Attributes window and return to the Control Center.
