Use the Activate (Deactivate) menu choice to control the active
status of a subscription set. This feature is useful when you want to
temporarily deactivate a subscription without removing it. When you
deactivate a subscription, the Apply program continues its current processing
cycle, but ignores your inactive subscription.
Authorities and privileges

To deactivate a subscription:
- Verify that the subscription is active by looking at the status icon to
the left of the subscription that you want to deactivate. If the icon
shows that the subscription is active, continue to step 2. Otherwise,
do not continue, because the subscription is already inactive.
- Select one or more subscriptions to deactivate.
- Click on mouse button 2 and select the Activate (Deactivate)
menu choice. The subscription is deactivated and the status icon is
updated to reflect the change.
To reactivate a deactivated subscription:
- Verify that the subscription is inactive by looking at the status icon to
the left of the subscription that you want to activate. If the icon
shows that the subscription is inactive, continue to step 2. Otherwise,
do not continue, because the subscription is already active.
- Select one or more subscriptions to activate.
- Click on mouse button 2 and select the Activate (Deactivate)
menu choice. The subscription is reactivated and the status icon is
updated to reflect the change.
