Use this box to list users that you want to grant the USE privilege to on the selected table space, and list users who have USE privileges that you want to revoke.

The user names display in the User box.

The privilege status displays in the USE column. A check mark indicates that the user has USE privilege. An X indicates that a user does not have USE privilege.

Add User

Click this push button to open the Add User window so that you can add user names to the box on the User page of the notebook.

Grant All

Click on this push button to grant the USE privilege on the selected table space for the selected users. When you click on Grant All In the USE column, Xs change to check marks framed by corner brackets. The brackets mean that the grants that you requested are pending. In the USE box, No changes to Yes.

Revoke All

Click on this push button to revoke the USE privilege on the selected table space for the selected users. When you click on the Revoke All push button, in the USE column, check marks change to Xs framed by brackets. The brackets mean that the revocation that you requested is pending. In the USE box, Yes changes to No.

USE

This box contains a setting that indicates whether the selected users are being assigned the USE privilege on the selected table space.

To use the box to change the setting:

1. Select one or more users.
2. Change the privilege by using one of these methods:
   • Click on the down arrow to display the settings and select one.
   • Type the first letter of the setting into the list box, and the appropriate option displays.

If you select multiple users that have different privileges, the USE box is blank but you can still set the USE privilege and apply it.
