Configure Database -- Environment

Use the Environment page of the Configure Database notebook to view and change the configuration parameters that affect the general characteristics and attributes of the database. Parameters that affect the database environment are:

• Database Release Level (database_level)
• Configuration File Release Level (release)
• Territory for the Database (territory)
• Code Page for the Database (codepage)
• Codeset for the Database (codeset)
• Country code for the Database (country)
• Copy Protection Enable (copyprotect)
• Object Name in DCE Namespace (dir_obj_name)
• Discover Database (discover_db)
• Default Degree (dft_degree)
• Default Query Optimization Class (dft_queryopt)
• Continue upon Arithmetic Exceptions (dft_sqlmathwarn)
• Data Links Access Token Expiry Interval (dl_expint)
• Data Links Number of Copies (dl_num_copies)
• Data Links Time After Drop (dl_time_drop)
• Data Links Token Algorithm (dl_token)
• Data Links Token in Upper Case (dl_upper)
• Dynamic SQL Query Management (dyn_query_mgmt)
