Opening the Control Center

To open the Control Center in Windows or OS/2:

1. Open the DB2 product window by:
   • Using the Start menu (for Windows 32-bit operating systems:).
   • Double-clicking the DB2 product folder (for Windows NT 3.51 and OS/2 systems).
2. Double-click the Server Administration folder. (This step is not required on Windows NT 3.51 systems).
3. Double-click the Control Center icon. The Control Center opens.

To open the Control Center in UNIX:

1. From the command line execute the following two commands:
   1. db2jstrt 6790
   2. db2cc 6790
2. The Control Center opens.
