Changing a warehouse user definition

Use the Warehouse User notebook to change the properties of an existing warehouse user. You must belong to a group that has administration privilege to change a warehouse user definition.

Authorities and privileges

To change a warehouse user definition:

1. Open the Warehouse User Properties notebook.

2. Change any of the following properties:

   • Log on user ID and password for the warehouse user

   • Whether the warehouse user will receive e-mail notification when a step is completed

   • The groups that the warehouse user belongs to

   • The warehouse user's status (active or inactive)

3. Click OK to save the changed warehouse user definition and close the notebook.
