Copying a step

Use the Copy Step window to copy the selected step to another process.

Authorities and privileges

To copy a step:

1. Open the Copy Step window.

2. In the New process field, select or type the name of the process to which you want to copy the step.

3. Optional: Clear the Data Warehouse Center created table check box if you do not want the Data Warehouse Center to create the target table for the copied step.

4. Optional: In the Warehouse target field, specify the name of the warehouse target in which to create the target table by typing the name or selecting the name from a list.

5. Click OK.

The step is copied to the process that you specified.
