Use the View menu to Hide Columns or Show Columns on tables shown on the canvas. Columns must be visible in both tables to create the link. All tables do not have to be in the same state when multi-selected.
To autojoin tables:
Multi-select the tables that you want to autojoin (by CNTL-clicking each of the tables). Click the Autojoin icon on the toolbar or select Warehouse schema --> Autojoin. Primary and foreign key relationships are shown in green
Click the Save icon on the toolbar or select Warehouse schema --> Save to save your work. Any green autojoin lines become black.
