Moving a process to another subject area

Use the Move Process window to move the selected process to another subject area.

Authorities and privileges

To move a process to another subject area:

1. Open the Data Warehouse Center.

2. Click the plus sign next to the Warehouse folder.

3. Click the plus sign next to the Subject Areas folder.

4. Click the plus sign next to the subject area that contains the process you want to move.

5. Click the plus sign next to the Processes folder.

6. Right-click the process that you want to move.

7. Click Move.

   A message prompts you to save the changes you've made to the process model. The Move Process window opens.

8. In the New subject area field, specify the name of the subject area that is to contain the process by selecting the name from the list or typing the name.

9. Click OK.

The process is moved to the subject area that you specified.
