To expand and collapse the object tree, click on the plus signs (+) and minus signs (-) next to objects in the object tree.
For example, look at the Warehouse Sources folder displayed on the object tree. If you click on the plus sign (+) next to a particular relational warehouse source, the Tables and Views folders for that warehouse are displayed. If you click on the plus sign (+) next to a particular flat file warehouse source, the Files folders for that warehouse source are displayed. If you click on the plus sign (+) next to the Tables folder, the tables contained in the warehouse source are displayed.
To collapse the object tree to the Warehouse Sources folder, click on the minus sign (-) next to the Warehouse Sources folder. All of the objects under the Warehouse Sources folder are no longer displayed in the object tree.
