Use the Trace Level page of the Data Warehouse Center properties notebook to change the trace level of various components.
The name of each agent trace file is IWH2AGNT.nnn, where nnn is a numeric process ID for the agent process. Agent trace files are written to the trace log directory.
Use the Server page of the Data Warehouse Center properties notebook to change the parameters for the server component of the Data Warehouse Center.

Change this value when communication delays caused by such things as geographic distance and network traffic cause an excessive amount of timeouts.

The value should be large enough to keep data from at least 3 to 4 days of activity.
Increase this value when running jobs concurrently, overnight, or other times when the records cannot be monitored as closely, so that you do not lose information.
Specify how the server will restart jobs that were interrupted. Any step editions or purge operations that were missed or interrupted when processing stopped are flagged as failed. Failed step editions can be manually purged or replaced.
Use the Notification Messages page of the Data Warehouse Center properties notebook to specify global settings associated with the message sent by the Data Warehouse Center on the completion of a step. You can choose to include various system parameters in the e-mail that is sent when the step completes.
This parameter adds all the information contained in the Warehouse target database name, Warehouse target user ID, and Warehouse target password parameters to the notification message.
