Changing DB users
Use the Change DB Users window to grant or change privileges to a user ID for objects.
Both the DB User window and the Privileges window identify privileges granted to user IDs,
and let you grant or revoke privileges to users IDs. The difference between them is that
the DB User windows focus on individual users and the privileges granted to the users IDs.
The Privileges windows show objects and list users IDs that have privileges for those objects.
