Use the window to display the current status for one or more active or inactive buffer pools. Specify options on this window to format the display of the selected buffer pools.
To customize the status output for a one or more buffer pools:
Open the Display buffer pool or Display All
buffer pools window.
Under Show detailed report, specify a radio button that defines
how much buffer pool information you want displayed: Since
last display, Since
active, or Not
detailed.
Under List associated open spaces, select a radio button to specify
whether to show the open table spaces and index spaces associated only
with the active buffer pools or with all
the buffer pools. You can also
select to show no table or index spaces.
Under Include space statistics, select a radio button to specify
whether to include table space and index
space statistics:
Click Display to display the status using the options that you just specified.
The output of the report is displayed in
the form of DB2 messages. The first line
of any output from the command DISPLAY BUFFERPOOL
is always message DSNB401I. See the examples
for an illustration of this output.
Click Close to close the window.
