Adding an object for concurrent copy processing

These steps are part of the larger task of concurrent copy processing. When you complete the steps for adding an object for Concurrent Copy, return to the main task.

To add an object for COPY

  1. If you want to copy a table space object, select the Table Space radio button.

    1. Type the database name, or use the push button to search in the subsystem for a valid database name.
    2. Type the table space name, or use the push button to search in the subsystem for a valid table space name.

  2. If you want to copy an index object, select the Index radio button.

    1. Type the index owner name, or use the push button to search in the subsystem for a valid user ID or index owner name.
    2. Type the index name, or use the push button to search in the subsystem for a valid index name.

  3. For partition table spaces or data sets, select the Partition or data set number (DSNUM) check box to choose whether to limit the copy to a single partition or data set. Then type the partition number or data set number in the field.

  4. Click OK to accept the values and close the window.
