Switch List Output

With the Version 7 ability to turn monitor switches on and off at individual nodes in a partitioned database environment, switch values are now returned for each node in the instance. Figure 8 shows the structure of the switch list information that may be returned.

Note:

The node order of the returned information can be different in each switch request.

1. Each data group begins with a header that indicates its size and name.
2. Size in the collected header returns the total size of all monitor switch lists for all nodes.
3. The size element in switch list header indicates the size of switch data for that node.
4. The switch information is self-describing.
