Use the Alert Center page of the Tool Settings notebook to specify when you
want the Alert Center window to surface. The default is for the Alert
Center window to open whenever there are any new warnings or alarms.

To specify when the Alert Center window should surface:
- Open the Alert Center page of the Tools Settings
notebook.
- Specify under what alert conditions the Alert Center window should open
automatically by selecting a radio button under Specify when to surface
the window.
- Close the Tools Settings notebook by double-clicking in the upper left
corner of the notebook.
