Specifying options to collect statistics when loading data into a table

Use the Statistics page of the Load notebook to specify whether and how to collect statistics during the load process.

Fields and controls

To specify whether and how to collect statistics during the table load process:

1. Open the Statistics page of the Load notebook.

2. Specify the level of statistics that you want to gather for the table by selecting a radio button under Statistics for the table.

3. Specify the level of statistics that you want to gather for the table's indexes by selecting a radio button under Statistics for the indexes.

4. If you have specified all required information for the load process, you can start the load process now by clicking on OK. Otherwise, to specify required or optional information, or to change default values, go to one of the other notebook pages.
