Defining a replication source using default values

Use the Define as Source - Quick menu choice to define tables as sources for replication, using the default values.

Authorities and privileges

To define a replication source using default values:

1. Select the Define as Replication Source - Quick menu choice.

2. Click on OK to define a replication source using default values. The Run Now or Save SQL window opens. You can choose to run your SQL request now or run it later.

3. Refresh and verify your object.

   After verifying your object, start or reinitialize the Capture program from your command line processor so that it will recognize the new replication source default definition. See the Replication Guide and Reference for more information.
