Use the Control Center menu to open a new Control Center and to shut down the DB2 tools.
| Note: | If you open a new Control Center from a system, instance, or database folder or object, the name of this menu matches the name of the object from which you opened the new Control Center. For example, if you select the Databases folder, click mouse button 2, and select Open a new Control Center, the name of the first menu on the menu bar is Databases. |

Displaying two Control Centers allows you to work with two or more objects that are not easily displayed in a single object tree or contents pane. This feature is especially useful when you want to look at the contents of two folders at the same time.
