Creating DB users
Use the Create DB Users window to add a new user ID and to grant privileges to the user ID for the objects in the Control Center.
Both the DB User window and the Privileges window identify privileges granted to user IDs, and let you grant or revoke privileges to user IDs.
DB User windows focus on individual user IDs and the privileges granted to these user IDs.
The Privileges windows list user IDs that have privileges for an object.
