File, pipe, or device
Type the name of the file, pipe, or device that contains the data to be loaded. It must reside on the node where the database that contains the table resides.
We recommend that you type the fully qualified file name. For example, if your table resides on a Windows NT system, and you want to load the data in the file ascfile1.dat located in the user subdirectory on the C: drive, type
C:\user\ascfile1.dat
LOB path
Type the path to the data files containing large object values (LOBs) to be loaded.
Device or directory
Type the name of the device or directory where you want to save a copy of the changes made to the loaded table.
Temporary directory
Type the name of the directory in which temporary files are written when the index is created.
