" " Current state

Use the fields in this box to determine the state of the satellite. The fields are:

Description
This field shows the last reported state of the satellite. The possible values are:

Never connected
The satellite has never connected to the control database for synchronization. This value is displayed until the time that the satellite first connects to the control database.
Note:This value will be displayed if the satellite has only performed a test synchronization.

Batches retrieved
The satellite has obtained the batches from the control database, and is currently executing the batches.

Results stored
The satellite has successfully executed the batches that it obtained.

Failure occurred
The satellite attempted to execute the batches that it obtained, but an error occurred during the execution of one of the batch steps.

Show logs
Click this push button to view the logs associated with the satellite. The View Details window opens with a view on the logs for this satellite only.
Note:This push button is available in edit mode only.

Date of last change
This read-only field indicates the date when the value displayed in the Description field last changed.

Connection status
This read-only field indicates the current connection status of the satellite. The possible values are:

Online
The satellite is connected to the control database.

Offline
The satellite is not connected to the control database.

" " Batches to execute

This read-only field indicates the type of batches that the satellite can execute. The possible values are:

Group
The satellite executes the batches that are assigned to the group.

Fix
The satellite has been moved to the fix mode, and can only execute fix batches.

" " Type

This read-only field indicates the type of the satellite. If the value of the Batches to execute field is Group, the possible values are:

Production
The satellite can execute production batches only.

Test
The satellite can execute test batches only.

" " Fix batch and step (edit mode only)

Use these fields to specify the fix batch that you want the satellite to execute, and the batch step where the satellite is to begin execution. This field is only displayed if the value of the Batches to execute field is set to Fix.

" " Setup batch and step (edit mode only)

If the Batches to execute field is set to Group, these read-only fields specify the setup batch that all the group satellites execute, and the batch step where these satellites begin execution.

If the satellite is a test satellite, you can click on ... to specify the batch step where you want the satellite to begin executing the batch. The satellite will execute all the test batch steps that it has not already executed.

" " Update batch and step (edit mode only)

If the Batches to execute field is set to Group, these read-only fields specify the update batch that all the group satellites execute, and the batch step where these satellites begin execution.

If the satellite is a test satellite, you can click on ... to specify the batch step where you want the satellite to begin executing the batch. The satellite will execute all test batch steps that it has not already executed.

" " Cleanup batch and step (edit mode only)

If the Batches to execute field is set to Group, these read-only fields specify the cleanup batch that all the group satellites execute, and the batch step where these satellites begin execution.

If the satellite is a test satellite, you can click on ... to specify the batch step where you want the satellite to begin executing the batch. The satellite will execute all test batch steps that it has not already executed.
