You can use the Restore Database Recovery History
window to view the backup log of a selected database.
Fields and controls
Information on this view
- Backup type
- The database object on which the backup operation was performed.
Valid values are: Database and Table space.
- Date
- The date on which the backup operation was performed.
- Time
- The time at which the backup operation was performed.
- Table spaces
- If the backup type is database, this entry represents the number of table
spaces in the database. If the backup type is table space, the entry is
the name of that table space.
- Media type
- Valid values are: Directories, ADSM, Vendor DLL, and User
exit.
- Location
- A directory or tape device name.
- Comment
- A brief description of the backup operation.
