1Windows(R) systems use backslashes (\) to delimit directories in a directory 6path. UNIX(R) and Linux systems use forward slashes (/) as delimiters. The Release 6Notes follow this convention when the information is platform specific. However, 6when the information is platform independent, you might need to enter the 6directory path differently than shown. For example, if you have a Windows 6system, you must enter the directory path using backslashes (\) if the Release 6Notes show forward slashes (/). Conversely, if you have a UNIX or Linux system, 6you must enter the directory path using forward slashes (/) if the Release 6Notes show backslashes (\).
