The primary and foreign keys defined in tag language files are ignored if they are the same as those already defined in the control database. An error occurs if the keys are different from those already defined.
Step and process schedules are no longer deleted by the import utility. Schedules defined in a tag file are now added to the current list of schedules. This may cause duplicate schedules to appear. Duplicate schedules should be deleted by the user before steps are promoted to production mode.
