There is currently no LDAP support on 64-bit operating systems.
32-bit and 64-bit databases cannot be created on the same path. For example, if a 32-bit database exists on <somepath>, then:
db2 create db <somedb> on <somepath>
if issued from a 64-bit instance, fails with "SQL10004C An I/O error occurred while accessing the database directory."
