1Documentation search problem with Java 2 JRE1.4.0

1If your browser uses Java 2 JRE v1.4.0 and your documentation 1is installed in a path that contains spaces (e.g., 1C:\Program Files\SQLLIB\doc\), the documentation search 1applet may fail with an InvalidParameterException reported in the Java console 1of your browser and no search results. This problems is fixed with JRE 1v1.4.1.

1To workaround the problem, do one of the following: 1

• 1upgrade your browser's JRE version to 1.4.1, available 1at http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.1/download.html
• 1downgrade your browser's JRE version to 1.3.x, 1available at http://www-3.ibm.com/software/data/db2/udb/ad/v8/java/ 1
