The following information will be added to Appendix F following the MPP Subordinator Prepare section.
This log record is written after a rollback of indoubt transactions or
after a commit of two-phase commit. The log record is written to mark
the end of the transaction and releases any log resources held. In
order for the transaction to be forgotten, it must be in a heuristically
completed state.
