Welcome to the IBM DB2 Client Application Enabler ReadMe!

Before you begin installing this product, you must first unpack the
program files.
Create a temporary directory (eg. C:\TEMP), and type the following:

        PKUNZIP -d -o ZIPFILE C:\TEMP

   (You will need the pkunzip.exe utility for this to work.  The -d option
   is required to recreate the install subdirectories.)

http://www.software.ibm.com/data/db2/support/servinfo/

Once you are there, click on "DB2 Publications" and then
click on "Installing and Configuring DB2 Clients"
