*   After installing FixPack 3 on CSNT 6.1.1 Japanese language version, the 
*   Node Operations tool reverts to an English language display.

*   The fixpack was intended to have no language dependencies.

* The pcsnops.exe module was rebuilt for the Japanese language
* and is available for download at

*      1) Be SURE to download this fix in BINARY format.

*      2) Make sure that you have backed up your system recently.
*
*      3) Make sure that you have copies of your configuration files saved
*         (the ACG files).

*      4) Stop all running instances of the SNA Node Operations tool.

*      5) Backup the existing module.
*
*         cd C:\IBMCS
*         ren pcsnops.exe pcsnops.exe.pre_JR20185

*      6) Copy the new pcsnops.exe module into the C:\IBMCS directory.
