The Data File Editor for NT is in dfew0629.exe.  
It is a self extracting executeable.  
Choose a directory, e.g. ibmcobw as an "extract to target".
Choose the "restore directories checkbox".


Directories: bin, doc, data and cmf are created when dfew0629 is executed.
bin contains the executeables.  
doc contains various forms of documentation.  (See also online
help for the GUI version of the editor).  
data contains sample copy and STL data files.
cmf contains sample Command Files for the command file version of the editor.
