    Download the self-extracting file, cpsos2.exe, into a temporary directory.
    Execute it from the command line and follow the prompts.
 
    If you answered "Yes" to the backup query and wish to
    undo the service update, issue the following commands:
 
      <installdrive>:
      cd \
      <backupexe> -Qdr
 
    where <installdrive> is the drive letter on which product is installed
      and <backupexe> is the full path name of the backup self-extracting file.

    Symptom: CallPath Server Management Facility fails on OS/2 Warp Server
             for e-business.
 Workaround: Use 'Selective Install' to install VGA display drivers from
             the installation CD and reboot. Currently the Management
             Facility and API Test Utility will only work on this OS type
             when the VGA drivers are installed.
