Fix (APAR): IZ00514 Status: Fix Product: WBI Release: 6.0.2.1 Operating System: All operating systems Supersedes Fixes: IY96236 Pre-requisite Fixes: IY95645 Exclusive-requisite Fixes: CMVC Defect: IZ00514 Byte size of APAR: 23852 Date: 2007-06-26 Abstract: TEST FIX - plain passwords in bpeconfig.log Description/symptom of problem: When running the bpeconfig.jacl script in batch mode, there are certain cases where passwords that are passed as parameters are written in clear text to the bpeconfig.log file. This happens when bpeconfig.jacl is invoked with parameters without value, like '-dbVersion' in this example: wsadmin -conntype NONE -f bpeconfig.jacl -dbVersion -dbType DB2 ... This fix ensures that passwords are always masked in the bpeconfig.log file.
