Download the wa23fXXX.bff file in binary format, where:
              XXX=enu for US English
              XXX=jpn for Japanese
              XXX=kor for Korean
              XXX=chs for Simplified Chinese
              XXX=cht for Traditional Chinese            

This file is in installp format and can be installed with smit. The APARs associated with this service package are listed
in the wa23read.fix file.

(1) To read detailed information about the update, the customer should use the following smit selections:

	Software Installation and Maintenance
	List Software and Related Information
	List Software on Media and Related Information
	List Software Fixes (APARs) on Installation Media
	List Supplemental Fileset Information on Installation Media

(2) To install the update, the customer should use the following smit selections:

	Software Installation and Maintenance
	Install and Update Software
        
        Choose one of the following smit selections, pointing the subsequent dialog to the downloaded wa23fXXX.bff file:
 
	Update Software by Fix (APAR)   
                  or
        Update Installed Software to Latest Level (Update All)
