The initial version of Build for Windows version 2.2 (shipped in September
of 1999) unfortunately contained a back-level version of one of the
Wordprocessor filter files, namely the one responsible for processing
FrameMaker MIF files.

This will adversely affect the processing of FrameMaker 5.5 cross-
references (ref def1907)

Please download the associated file -- W042F32W.DLL and use it to
replace the similarly named file in:
  "<drive>:\Program Files\IBM\Bookmanager\Build\BIN"
