The AFP Analyser will list AFPDS and MO:DCA structured fields in a readable format, with
minimal validation and statistical reporting. These packages contain the Analyzer for
the MVS (OS/390) and OS/2 platforms. Each package is a .zip file containing installation
instructions and documentation.

For MVS, unzip the file and read the AFPANLYZ.PAKLIST file for instructions on uploading
and installation.

For OS/2, unzip the file and install the executable (and the AFPAN.CMD file) somewhere in
your execution path (or run them from the install directory).

For Windows/NT, unzip the file and install the executable (and the AFPAN.rex file)
somewhere in your execution path (or run them from the install directory). To use
AFPAN.rex, you must install Object REXX.

For AIX, use the command "gzip -dc afpan.tar.gz | tar -xvf -" to unpack the archive
file. You must set the LIBPATH and NLSPATH to point to the /lib directory that contains
the runtime support and messages. If you have REXX installed, this can be done with the
AFPAN command.

Both packages include an AFPANLYZ.LIST3820 file that documents program usage. This file
contains more detailed installation information that you should read.
