  ABEND0C4 PIC4 in module APSKAFPD at x'126' when starting a
  printer defined as an MVS DOWNLOAD printer can occur if the
  customer fails to create a PPT entry for the DOWNLOAD product
  as detailed in the PROGRAM DIRECTORY.
  The customer should have a Program Properties Table for
  DOWNLOAD such as follows. This is also listed in the DOWNLOAD
  for OS/390 Guide S544-5624.
