                   POD OPERATIONS MACINTOSH SUPPORT DELAYED
 
 PSC has decided to delay the introduction of the Apple Macintosh client Print
 on  Demand  Operations  and  Print  on Demand Access applications for our new
 Print on Demand solution. These applications were scheduled for  availability
 in September, 1996. The primary factor in the decision was that the Macintosh
 code  was  ported  from an April version of the Windows Access and Operations
 code. In the interim, significant enhancements have been  made  in  both  the
 function  and quality of the Windows versions.  In light of the cost and pos-
 sible customer satisfaction issues of shipping the current Macintosh applica-
 tions, we have made the decision to bring the Macintosh  code  up  to  parity
 with the Windows version prior to releasing it for general use.
 
 Note  that  this  does not affect the Microsoft Windows version of the client
 software that will be available in September with many new features that  add
 value  to  the complete solution. In the next few weeks we will issue another
 FLASH with the planned availability date for the Macintosh  applications.  In
 the interim customers can use the Windows version, and then add the Macintosh
